Orders placed at ph.wilson.com may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item if there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. For this reason, a customer may return the product, and we will fully refund the cost of the item and return delivery fees.
The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:
Value of items will be based on the actual amount paid for during the sale.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will not be accepted.
We do not refund products:
If the return reason is due to a change of mind, we will fully refund the cost of the item but not the return delivery fee. This includes, but is not limited to, wrong size. Return must pass criteria set above.
A customer may also return items for other reasons with ph.wilson.com approval. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. All refunds will be processed once our warehouse has confirmed the item is in good condition.

Purchases made at Wilson physical retail stores must be returned to the store; following the Returns Policy for Retail Stores.
Purchases made at marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee, etc) must be returned through the channel from which they were originally purchased. Returns policies of other online stores may differ from ph.wilson.com returns policies. You may reach out to the customer service of the specific platforms to know more about their policies.
